At Bill I redesigned the mobile homepage and cut card declines by 26%, recovered $10M in payment volume by rethinking how spending limits work, improved budget setup completion from 42% to 77%, designed a payment verification flow that cut chargebacks by 74%, and built a receipt automation feature with 96% retention — users who turned it on never turned it off. I helped close a $186M annual sales gap by building the company's first travel product from scratch, and developed AI concepts that reached the C-suite and helped a team of 10 designers align on a unified vision company-wide. I was recognized as Bill's Most Valuable Individual Contributor for that work. At 1-800 Contacts I helped take an online vision exam from free to $20, kept it running through COVID when every competitor pulled out, then scaled it past a million exams and white-labeled it to CVS and the NY DMV.
